徐娇曾在《长江7号》里因饰演周星驰儿子一举成名，戏里周星驰与她父子情深，戏外周星驰还将徐娇收为干女儿。不知不觉中，徐娇已经出落成了亭亭玉立的小姑娘，众网友纷纷祝愿她能早日恢复健康。
徐娇得的到底是种什么病？
杭州市肿瘤医院副院长、市一医院肿瘤外科主任罗定存说：“很多人对‘纵隔’这个词比较陌生，‘纵隔’不是器官，而是一个解剖的区域。纵隔肿瘤是临床胸部常见疾病，只是因为多数良性纵隔肿瘤临床上经常无症状，所以很多人都没有听说过。”
在我们人体内，纵隔的位置位于胸廓的中央;上自胸腔入口，下达膈肌，左右以纵隔胸膜和肺相隔;前后以胸骨和脊柱胸段为界。医学上将纵隔分为上下前后四个区域。比如，畸胎瘤、胸腺瘤、胸骨后甲状腺在前纵隔;神经原性肿瘤在后纵隔。总的来说，纵隔这个区域里有心脏及出入心脏的大血管、气管、胸腺、神经及淋巴组织等，是重要生命器官的所在地。
徐娇得的肿瘤位于纵隔，所以称为纵隔肿瘤。先天性的纵隔肿瘤和胚胎发育有关，徐娇经过穿刺和活检，确诊是良性畸胎瘤，这也是先天性因素(畸胎瘤也可能位于卵巢等人体其他部位)。
“尽管原发性纵隔肿瘤多为良性，但肿瘤可以继续增大，压迫周围器官及大血管，同时有恶变可能。再加上纵隔位置很重要，所以有时候，即使肿瘤很小也会引起循环、呼吸、消化和神经系统的功能障碍。因此，纵隔肿瘤不管是良性或恶性，手术切除是首选方法。”杭州市肿瘤医院院长助理、肿瘤放疗科主任邓清华认为，徐娇暂时停下手头工作积极治疗，是对自己身体负责的选择。
可能无任何症状
良性畸胎瘤患者无任何症状，即使肿瘤巨大仍可无任何不适。症状主要有胸痛，咳嗽和呼吸困难。偶尔肿瘤破裂穿入气管支气管树，囊内容物可咳出，常为豆渣样皮脂甚至有毛发及牙齿。肿瘤穿破心包可造成急性心包填塞。穿破纵隔胸膜造成胸腔积液。肿瘤巨大会产生对周围组织的压迫症状，如压迫气管和支气管除造成咳嗽和呼吸困难外，也容易出现肺不张、肺炎等症状。肿瘤压迫喉返神经出现声音嘶哑、肿块压迫上腔静脉会出现上腔静脉综合征。
恶性肿瘤大部分会出现不同的症状，仍以胸痛、咳嗽和呼吸困难为主，同时出现体重下降及发热。如肿瘤生长快速，并向周围器官侵犯或转移会出现相应的症状和体征。
患瘤多与父母有关
儿童肿瘤分实体瘤和血液系统肿瘤两大类。血液系统肿瘤最常见的是各种白血病和淋巴瘤，实体瘤中最常见的是各种母细胞瘤，包括神经母细胞瘤、肾母细胞瘤、肝母细胞瘤等，此外，比较常见的还有横纹肌肉瘤、畸胎瘤等。
首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院胸外科主任医师张晓伦介绍：“儿童实体瘤的病种与成人差别很大，其中最常见的各种母细胞瘤在成年人中是没有的，这种母细胞瘤多来自于母体。”
流行病学调查发现，如果儿童父母，特别是在母亲怀孕期间长期接触油漆、石油产品、农药、颜料等化学制品，以及空气污染、水污染、辐射等，都有可能导致基因突变，从而增加孩子将来发生恶性肿瘤的可能性。
怎么排查纵隔肿瘤？
“很多病人家属在得知家人有恶性纵隔肿瘤后，常在门诊里问我，怎么排查这个疾病?”杭州市肿瘤医院院长助理、肿瘤放疗科主任邓清华说，关于纵隔肿瘤的诊断，浙江省金华市中心医院胸外科曾以收治的73例纵隔肿瘤病人为样本，进行了各种检查手段的比较。这项研究发表论文在《实用肿瘤学》杂志上。论文中说，X线胸片的纵隔肿瘤诊断率约为74.0%，而CT的诊断率为91.6%，B超为75%，相比之下CT检查的诊断率较高，而且对肿瘤的定位及邻近组织的关系较B超和X线胸片检查更为准确。
“作为普通人来说，常规体检项目里都会包括X线胸片检查，一般都能查出来。推荐有需要的患者将CT检查作为此病的常规检查。”
